Kyoga is a studio that aims to merge the uncountable benefits of the individual yoga practices with a strong social purpose. We want to go beyond the classroom and facilitate a personal transformation through mind-body awareness as well as encouraging events and activities that will strengthen the bonds within our South Bay community.

KYoga Vinyasa

Vinyasa is  one of the most popular style practiced in the west.

In our signature class, you’ll flow through sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement while building strength, balance and flexibility. In Sanskrit Vinyasa meas “to place in a special way”, and that informs the graceful dance that is a well-planned Vinyasa sequence. An invigorating and transformative experience and open to all levels.




Yoga with Little Ones (crawlers – 3 years old)

This class focuses on yoga for the parents while the babies and toddlers play by themselves and with each other, promoting physical and social-emotional development. Children become familiar with yoga by through the exposure and by imitating their parents’ movements. As parents of little ones, there are unique physical and emotional challenges that come with this age group.

Class is a mixture of practices with and without little ones, flowing between engaging with them and connecting back to your breath and your own body.

We focus on proper alignment and countering muscle tension from taking care of your child, relieving stress, and emphasizing re-building core strength for women after pregnancy and birth.

Yoga with Little Ones is a wonderful way to connect with your child, with other parents, and yourself in a space of acceptance and encouragement- taking care of your mind, body, and spirit.  This class is for all levels. Please bring whatever you need to keep your little one comfortable including toys, books, blankets, pacifiers, bottles, etc.
Gentle Yoga

Stretch and strengthen your body while quieting the mind in this gentle, relaxing class. We will explore linking mindful movement and breath, with an emphasis on self-care. Appropriate for beginners, those recovering from injuries, seniors, and anyone seeking an hour of soothing rejuvenation

Kids Yoga (ages 3-8 years old)
This class introduces kids to the magical benefits of yoga in a playful and fun-filled environment. Kids will learn poses (asana), breathing techniques (Pranayama), and meditation in age and developmentally appropriate ways to instill the life long benefits of a yoga practice. In addition to increasing strength, flexibility, and agility as their bodies grow and change, kids will also improve their gross + fine motor skills, coordination, digestion, and respiration. Kid’s Yoga aids a healthy central nervous system, allowing for more relaxation and better sleep, as well as increasing emotional regulation. This class is wonderful for children with Autism and other special needs because it teaches coping skills for stress, worry, anxiety, and depression. Kid’s Yoga is supportive and encouraging, helping promote positive behavior, communication skills, cooperation and creativity. Siblings do very well working together in this class!
